What does the promotional bundle include?

How do I get the 30% discount?
Choose a custom website together with the AI Booking Engine and buy the engine subscription and hosting for at least 12 months. You get 30% off the website build and the engine subscription. Hosting bought for a year gets a 10% discount.
How much does the bundle cost for my hotel?
The price of the engine subscription and hosting depends on the number of rooms. Choose the right range in the calculator to see the quote. A website with 5 tabs costs PLN 2,100 in the promotion instead of PLN 3,000.
Does the monthly price in the calculator mean a monthly payment?
The monthly price is the cost of a subscription bought for 12 months, converted to a month. The calculator also shows the full amount for the year to make budget planning easier.
Is the AI Booking Engine implementation an extra cost?
Yes. The one-off engine implementation fee is PLN 1,499. It is a separate item from the subscription and the website build.
How is the booking commission calculated?
The AI Booking Engine charges a 2.9% commission on paid direct bookings made through the engine. The commission is settled within the subscription: if it fits within the subscription amount for a given billing period, you pay nothing extra. If it exceeds it, you only pay the excess.
Do I pay both the subscription and the full commission?
No. The subscription covers the accrued commission up to its amount. For example: with a PLN 100 subscription and a PLN 150 commission for the same period, the extra payment is PLN 50 and the total cost of the engine is PLN 150.
Will the website be designed individually for my hotel?
Yes. We tailor the design to the character of your property, its offer and its guests. Your website is created by hospitality specialists who understand the stay selection and direct sales process.

Can I change the content and photos myself?
Yes. You get access to a CMS panel where you can update texts and photos without ordering every fix from an IT specialist.

Yes. We start the design from mobile devices. We care about legible content, comfortable photo browsing and an easy path to booking on phones, tablets and computers.
Will the website be prepared for Google search optimisation?
Yes. The price includes technical SEO and a proper site structure. This is the foundation for further optimisation — achieving high rankings also depends on content, competition and further SEO activities.
How does the website work with the booking engine?
The website can automatically pull rooms, photos and descriptions from the engine and synchronise changes in the offer. This reduces manual updates and helps keep the hotel presentation consistent with the offer available for booking.
Is the system integrated with my PMS?
The AI Booking Engine is integrated with KWHotel, UbikOS, Betasi, Previo, Hotres and RoomCloud, as well as with any hotel software connected to YieldPlanet or SiteMinder. We are also working on integrations with Protel, Hestia, Millenium, Ofihotel / OFI and Bookelier. Using a different hotel system? We are actively developing new integrations. Get in touch! What do I need to prepare to create the website?
We will need photos, a logo, descriptions of the property and rooms, information about amenities and your hotel's offer. You can also send examples of websites you like. We will agree the exact scope of materials before work starts.
Can I see the design before publication?
Yes. We will prepare the design for your review, discuss your comments and make the agreed changes. We will publish the website after you accept its final version.
Can I extend the ecosystem with further solutions later?
